Is Arvada worth it salary-wise?

Hello, Just moved here 6 months ago and The median home value here is around $600,800, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 48°F, so expect cold winters. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think?

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. No regrets on my end..
