Been meaning to ask this. I'm a 22-year-old accountant and Household incomes average around $113,396 in Arvada. It's a a mid-size city city with about 123K people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
