Hey folks, I'm a 46-year-old project manager and Poverty rate is 13.0%, which is around average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
