Random thought, I'm retired and Median household income is $48,036, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $783/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $48,036 in Ash Flat. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.
