Random thought, Born and raised here. Household incomes average around $152,094 in Ashburn. Crime rate is something to consider -Ashburn sits at 194.2 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
