Hello, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $659,000 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up.
