First post here. Born and raised here. You can expect to pay around $855 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
