Housing market in Asheville right now

Random thought, Poverty rate is 7.3%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
