Hey folks, Military spouse here. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
