Quick question about Asheville

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 48-year-old social worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 94,369 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Asheville sits at 742.2 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The community vibe is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
