Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $695,300, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $2,063 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
