Should I move to Ashland or stay in Tampa?

I'm a teacher here and The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Anyone in a similar situation? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Came here for work and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The nightlife is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Bought a house here in 2020 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The public transit is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
