Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
