Curious what people think. Household incomes average around $90,628 in Ashland. Rent is about $1,188/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
