Best neighborhoods to rent in Ashland?

Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I'm a sales manager and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 6 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the Downtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
