Moving from Cleveland to Ashwaubenon next month

OK so I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Ashwaubenon sits at 121.3 per 100K. Median household income is $71,180, which feels about average for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Bought a house here in 2018 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Asian places. it was the best decision I ever made.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to San Diego it's underrated.
