Best neighborhoods in Aspen Hill

Hey folks, I work in real estate and Homes are going for about $538,000 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 53,752 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a social worker who relocated here from Tampa about 15 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Lots of new development happening

Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are developing, gas is tough.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. No regrets on my end..
