Best neighborhoods to rent in Aspen Hill?

Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,925/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Appreciate any input. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Pine Hills area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
