Cheapest neighborhoods in Aspen Hill?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2009. The unemployment rate is 4.8%, which is about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? Thanks! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Moved here from Miami about 14 years ago. it exceeded my expectations. Still getting used to job market but Definitely worth checking out..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

The food scene here is hit or miss. Tons of great Thai places. it's been a really good experience overall.
