Best apartments in Athens under ?

Hey folks, Median household income is $65,000, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much stable but now it's better than expected.
