Hey, Poverty rate is 12.7%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $271,800 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
