Is Athens-Clarke County still affordable?

Anyone else feel this way? Average temperature is around 63°F, so the weather is moderate. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
