Thinking about relocating to Athens-Clarke County from Austin
Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2017. Homes are going for about $271,800 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 127K people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
