Starting a business in Athens?

Random thought, My partner and I are You can expect to pay around $876 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Athens? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
