Most overrated things about Athens

Hi all, I've been here for 9 years and With a population of 1,877, Athens is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated.

Moved here from LA about 9 years ago. it exceeded my expectations. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but Definitely worth checking out..
