Hey everyone, Household incomes average around $250,001 in Atherton. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Atherton?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Denver it's excellent.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
