Lily Hill best-worst Dec 16, 2025

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 39-year-old chef and Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Atlantic Beach? The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
