Starting a business in Atlantic City?

Random thought, Poverty rate is 32.5%, which is higher than I expected. Homes are going for about $189,600 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
