Hello, It's a a small town city with about 10,237 people. The unemployment rate is 5.5%, which is about average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
