Worst things about Attica nobody talks about

So, I'm a teacher here and With a population of 3,221, Attica is a small town. Rent is about $695/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 3,221 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Pros:
- Nice parks and trails
- Close to nature
- Walkable downtown
- Plenty of shopping options
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Limited nightlife
- Boring for young people
- Poor road conditions
- Not enough green space
Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
