Best apartments in Attleboro under ?

I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Attleboro sits at 273.6 per 100K. Median household income is $93,266, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 46,499, Attleboro is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Pros:
- Growing food scene
- Strong sense of community
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Rising rent prices
- Lack of diversity
- Poor road conditions
What would you do? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Maple Ridge for 4 years. Moved from Chicago for work. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is challenging. We bought in 2020 at k and it's now worth about the same than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 3-bed in a safe area. Older homes are where the value is.

**Employment:**
education is strong here. construction is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are pricey for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
I'm still on the fence after all this time. The outdoor scene is tough - we have desert landscapes within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Maple Ridge schools are surprisingly good. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Nightlife is limited. Urban sprawl is real. And weather can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For singles, I'd say this is a 6/10. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 11 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Came here for retirement and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The cost of living is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 14 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The West side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
