OK so Been living here since 2019. The median home value here is around $113,400, which is actually reasonable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I've lived in Downtown for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Active local events and festivals
- The walkability scene is hit or miss
The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Limited high-paying job options
Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for singles. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.
I've been here 11 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the food scene is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is challenging.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
