Anyone else love living in Auburn?

So, With a population of 78,738, Auburn is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? Thanks!

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
