Best coffee shops in Auburn?

So, Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $342,400, which seems about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Auburn sits at 210.5 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Asian places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
