Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 78,738, Auburn is a smaller city. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
