Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 78,738, Auburn is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
