Auburn is underrated, change my mind

Hi all, Median household income is $77,760, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $642,400 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.

I've been living here for 6 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The pet-friendliness is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
