With a population of 13,758, Auburn is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Auburn sits at 352.1 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
