So, Crime rate is something to consider -Auburn sits at 352.1 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,432 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Riverside area are improving. Kids love it here.

Used to live on the Westside side, now on the Springfield side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
