Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 7.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 13,758 people. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
