First post here. I'm originally from Boston and Crime rate is something to consider -Auburn sits at 393.3 per 100K. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here?
