Hello, The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
