Hi all, Military spouse here. It's a a smaller city city with about 85,455 people. Household incomes average around $95,367 in Auburn. The median home value here is around $510,400, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. TIA! The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
