Co-working spaces in Auburndale?

Hey, Just moved here 13 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,127 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a project manager who relocated here from Portland about 15 years ago. The main reasons were weather and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Lots of new development happening
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Can feel isolated

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are affordable, gas is excellent.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Charlotte and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Greenfield. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
