Relocating to Auburndale, FL -pros and cons?

Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What would you do?

Used to live on the Uptown side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.
