Anyone else love living in Audubon?

Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,861 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any help is appreciated.

Audubon vs Cincinnati -which is better?

Alright, I've been here for 19 years and It's a a small town city with about 9,014 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Thinking about relocating to Audubon from Atlanta

It's a a small town city with about 9,014 people. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
