Been living here since 2007. Homes are going for about $162,900 on average. With a population of 202K, Augusta-Richmond County is a mid-size city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
