Aurora is underrated, change my mind

Alright, You can expect to pay around $1,759 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 390K people. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of new development happening
- The walkability scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I'm a writer and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.
