Is Aurora walkable?

Hi all, Just moved here 10 months ago and Rent is about $1,759/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $444,500 on average. Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 390K people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Active local events and festivals
- The weather scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for remote workers. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
