Working remotely from Aurora — my experience

I've been working remotely from Aurora for 13 years now. Here's my take:

The pace of life here is perfect for remote work. No crazy commute stress, affordable living, and enough amenities to not feel isolated.

Cost of living: pretty reasonable
Internet: Decent, getting better with new providers
Coworking spaces: Limited but the library works in a pinch

If you're looking for a place to WFH, Aurora is underrated for remote workers.

Traffic is the worst part honestly. But if you live near work it's fine.

Check out the Cedar Hills area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

If you can afford it, Cedar Hills is the best place to live. Period.

I work in finance and finding a job wasn't hard. Took about 5 months.

Coming from San Francisco, the cost of living difference is noticeable. Groceries and gas are about the same.
